Nick is Professor of Environmental Economics and Chair of Economics Division at the University of Stirling. Nick is involved with the Coastal Ecosystems and Biodiversity and Ecosystem Function research themes within MASTS (Marine Alliance Science and Technology Scotland: www.masts.ac.uk), and was one of the authors of the UK National Ecosystems Assessment. Most of his work is in environmental cost-benefit analysis, ecosystem service valuation and ecological-economic modelling.
